Mockmosas or Virgin Bloody Mary ... For brunch or anytime!

My mimosa cocktail is made with non-alcoholic champagne and chilled orange juice with a splash of grenadine. Garnish with whole strawberries, cherries, a sprig of mint, and/or orange slices. My virgin Bloody Mary is made with tomato juice (spicy or plain), spirit-free vodka (or leave out), and spices, olives, cucumbers, or celery stalk. Very yummy!

Melissa's Modifications:
There are so many options for making clean, healthy, zero-proof or spirit-free drinks. Healthy and low-calorie ingredients that are used to replace alcohol include, but are certainly not limited to, flavored seltzers, club sodas, sparkling 100% juices, kombucha, fruit juices, as well as non-alcoholic champagnes, wines, zero-proof drinks, and beers. They have flooded the market and are offered at most local drinking/eating establishments.
