Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain kefir dairy or non-dairy, your choice!
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds for extra fiber and omega-3s
  • 1/2 cup leafy greens spinach or kale, you won't taste it!

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a splash of water or non-dairy milk.
  • Enjoy immediately!
