the Bernsteins

December is here and it’s so hard to believe! Time to sit back and reflect on the past year’s events, both joyful and stressful. This is a month of sharing, giving and introspection as we consider a New Year ahead. For many, this month brings stress and loneliness, which makes us sad. We hope everyone finds some joy this month (and always) by reaching out to supportive friends and family, and religious and community organizations for peace and serenity.

Our focus on wellness and making healthy choices using the Power of 5 Ultimate Formula doesn’t stop during the holiday season. Dr. Bernstein’s blogs this last year highlighted each of the 5 “S’s”  (Sweets, Sweat, Stress, Sleep and Sex) to reinforce the importance of integrating the Power of 5 in your daily life. We encourage you to go back and re-read the blogs Dr. B so thoughtfully wrote. If you do not receive these blogs you can sign up to receive each time one is posted or like our Facebook page.

In the spring of 2018, we launched Power of 5 Test Kitchen page where I offer specialty healthy recipes – made right in our own kitchen – that embody the Power of 5 Ultimate Formula. If you do not have these recipes delivered right to your email box, sign up on the Test Kitchen page.

From our family to yours, we wish you the happiest of holidays, many blessings, and a healthy 2019!

Melissa & Dr. B.
